Am I allowed to use the images and animations?
Yes. Our animations were made for you, and the free library allows commercial use. Photos of identifiable people need their consent.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes, anytime, from "My plan". Within 14 days of purchase you can also get a refund, under our cancellation policy.
Who owns the videos?
On a paid plan, the video is yours to use anywhere, including paid ads. On the free plan, videos have a watermark.
Do I need video editing skills?
No. Pick, drag and type. The tool does the rest.
Can I create videos from Zapier or Claude?
Yes. Create a personal API key in your account and connect it to Zapier, Make, your own code, or an AI assistant that supports MCP, like Claude. Each video counts against your plan as usual.
Where do the backgrounds and music come from?
From our own library and three free libraries: Pixabay, Pexels and Openverse. From Openverse we take only CC0 works, completely free. Everything is allowed for commercial use.
